1.  Where are restrooms located?  

• The restrooms are located in the front lobby of the show

2.  Is there a limit on the number of shopping bags I can get? 

• Yes, shopping bags are complementary and are limited to one per ticket. 

3. How much are the tickets? 

• Tickets are $10 for general admission, $15 for super shopper and $30 for Sip & Shop.  

4. What are the show hours? 

• Thursday, November 3rd, 2022: 9 am - 8 pm   
• * 9 am - 12 noon is dedicated to Super Shopper & Sip & Shop patrons only* 12 pm noon begins general admission shopping
• Friday, November 4th, 2022: 9 am - 8 pm 
• Saturday, November 5th, 2022: 9 am - 8pm 
• Sunday, November 6th, 2022: 11 am - 5 pm 

5.  What day will Santa be at the Holly Day Fair for photos? 

• Santa will be at the Holly Day Fair on Sunday, November 6th, 2022 from 11 am - 5 pm.  Photos will be taken by Thompson Photography and Design.  Packages can be located at Thompson Photo Design 

6. Is parking complimentary?

• Yes, parking is free of charge.

7.  Is there a Mother's Room?  

• Yes, the mother's room is located in the side hallway of the lobby.  Please follow the signage to the mother's room. 

8.  Can tickets be purchased at the door? 

• Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door.  Sip & Shop is sold out for the 2021 show. 

9.  Is there a bag/purse restriction?

10.  What is Super Shopper? 

• Super shopper is a shopping opportunity on Thursday, November 3rd from 9 am - 12 pm (noon).  Shoppers can enjoy stroller-free shopping and beat the crowds.

• Lost and Found will be located in the Hourly Raffle area
